No, registration with HotelierVip is free.

There is only a reimbursement for administrative expenses (Exchange Fee), to be paid ONLY after receiving the confirmation of your holiday booking.

You must necessarily deposit through the Reserved Area at least 1 (one) week, or at most 3 (three) weeks, of stay at your facility:

The start dates of the deposited stays must be no less than 3 months and no more than 2 years from the date of the deposit

You can deposit from one to a maximum of three weeks of stay

For each of your registered stays, HotelierVip will attribute an exchange power in HVPoint, taking into account the reputation of the structure, the size and type of accommodation, and the services offered.
You can then spend your HVPoints to book a stay in the catalog.

The HVPoints will have an expiration equal to that of the start date of the stay deposited.

If the period of stay at your facility has been used by a member of the community, the relative points assigned to you will not expire and will be transformed into SHVP (Special HVPoint).

If it has not been booked, the HVPoints allocated to that period will be forfeited and you will need to make a new deposit.

Yes, at any time if the stay has not been booked.
You will then have to send a request email, indicating the new dates to booking@hoteliervip.com

The HVPoints for periods booked by other community members in your facility do not expire and will take the acronym SHVP (Special HVPoint).

Instead, the HVPoints relating to unreserved periods will expire together at the beginning of the relevant stay

HVPoints assigned to deposits will expire on the date of exit from the community.

The Special HVPoints (SHVP) "without expiry" can still be used to book stays within a maximum of 12 months from the date of exit from the community

You can travel with whoever you want

Only your cohabiting family members, your business partners, or your employees can travel.
In this case, you will have to request the Guest Certificate from HotelierVip.

The Guest Certificate isn't transferable and cannot be used for commercial purposes, including renting, offering or exchanging with third parties.

No, it's not necessary. You can book your holiday by choosing from the facilities available in the Holiday Catalog

Yes, provided that the host gives us availability on those dates.
